Blessing Amsterdam is verheugd om aan te kondigen dat Kossilaté Alfred Quenum uit Benin op zondag 2 juni de praktijk bezoekt om een introductie in Afrikaanse Healing te geven. (voertaal EN/NL). Na de zomer start tevens een nieuwe opleiding voor belangstellenden.
Kossilaté heeft een droom:
"Welcome to the first African Healing Academy. After ages of hiding, this ancient knowledge is about to be shared with the world.
Slavery and cultural suppression forced the wisdom keepers to be careful. Doors were open to the lucky few.
But now, we have arrived at a new spring. A new earth is about to appear. Nations are aware that we need the wisdom of all continents to make us complete as human beings.
Africa is not ignored anymore but discovered as a source of inspiration and spirituality.
We do welcome everybody who wants to make a connection with himself, with other people and with nature itself.
The path of self-knowledge trough African traditions is open.
Walk on it! Like you have 3000 ancestors behind you."
Deze lezing geeft je een idee over de hoofdthema’s die binnen Vodoun spelen zoals voorouders en orisha’s.
