During this cosy and active lesson and practice evening you will learn a different body part or a specific massage style or technique. This monthly meeting is for everybody who identifies as man. There is always plenty of time to put what you have learned into practice. We focus on relaxation massage, so there is room for sensuality but not for eroticism or tantra.

Usually there are 4 massage rounds, partly with demonstration and practice, partly free and more intuitive. We first do an exercise to listen to yourself and to connect with others. Then instructions are given for a massage style, with which we will practice. The last part of the evening is the opportunity to combine what you have learned with your own style of giving and receiving massage. Massage skills and experience are welcome, but not necessary.

Tijdens deze kleinschalige les- en oefenavond leer je elke keer een ander lichaamsdeel of een bepaalde massage stijl of -techniek. Deze maandelijkse bijeenkomst is voor iedereen die zich identificeert als man. Er is altijd genoeg tijd om het geleerde in de praktijk te brengen. We richten ons op ontspanningsmassage, er is daarbij wel ruimte is voor sensualiteit maar niet voor erotiek of tantra.

Opzet van de avond
Doorgaans zijn er 4 massagerondes, deels met voordoen en oefenen, deels vrij en meer intuïtief. We doen eerst een oefening om te luisteren naar jezelf en je te verbinden met anderen. Daarna worden er instructies gegeven voor een massagestijl, waarmee we gaan oefenen. Het laatste deel van de avond is er de gelegenheid om het geleerde te combineren met jouw eigen stijl van massage geven en ontvangen. Massage vaardigheden en ervaring zijn welkom, maar niet noodzakelijk.
