14u: start Cacao Ceremony & Singing Circle with Kelsey Kluijtmans
16u: Ecstatic Dance ~ Poetry in Motion ~ Dj Caroline S'Jegers
18u: Soundhealing with Kelsey
18u20: Closing Circle
18u30: Potluck @ the fire place (bring food the share, plate, cup, etc) for those who like to eat together

!Please bring a pillow & blanket for the singing circle & soundhealing!

Please do not enter the lane by car!!!
Park at the station or the church, it is all very closeby (few minutes walk).
You can easily come by train or carpool. Please do your request & check the discussion tab in the facebook event to find eachother.

Please pay online in advance so we know how much Cacao we have to prepare.
!!! For children we ask a cash free gift & we provide hot chocolate milk (vegan). They are very welcome to join us for this event, just let us know in advance.


★ CACAO & SINGING CIRCLE ★
For this special occasion we love to invite the spirit of Cacao to open our hearts, relaxes our bodies, reduces stress and fill up our beings with new energy. You can drink this pure Cacao mixed with springwater, some herbs & some sweets (no sugar) to set your intentions. We find this a beautiful way, but you are free also to join without drinking it.
Annemie Janssen will make this cacao for us.
Kelsy Kluijtmans (NL) will guide us in this ceremony & Singing Circle.

★ WHAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE? ★
A unique dance experience, guided by music and sounds. We go on exploration, dare to be vulnerable and gently push our boundaries.
There are three simple basic guidelines to ED: "No shoes. No booze. No chitchat." So we come together connecting our bare feet to the earth, purely communicating through our bodies, and celebrating life in all its aspects!
We welcome you exactly as you are now! So you are entirely free to follow your own needs during the dance.
Each ED starts and ends with a ceremony in which we make time and space to connect with ourselves, the others, the space, the vibrations, our intentions and the larger ED tribe. This opening is guided, and leads you into the dance.
The concept of ED arose about 25 years ago in Hawaii and California, went around the world and has grown extensively over the years, weekly touching many hearts and bodies all over the world.

For this occasion DJ Caroline S'Jegers will guide us trough the dance with her chosen songs, music and poetry.
