We invite you to connect to the cycle of time, the cycles in nature, by gathering in a circle around the full and the new moon. Rosanne and Anneke will host a moon ceremony combined with breathwork.
This time we will gather for the New Moon. The perfect moment to slow down and set some intentions for the coming cycle. Take some time to pause, to reflect and feel what is present for you at that moment using movement, breathwork and meditation.
The breath is an incredibly powerful tool for a deeper connection with yourself and to be in the present moment. We will use the technique of Conscious Connected Breathing*, a form of breathwork with many benefits on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
We will start with a brief meditation and some movement to ground ourselves before engaging in approximately 30 minutes of breathwork accompanied by music. After the breathwork we will gather around the fire and have a new moon ceremony. We will close the ceremony with a sharing circle and of course, some chocolate and tea.
~ Practical information ~
Location: Staalweg 1, Delft
Maximum 10 people
Time table: start 19.30 (doors open 19.00) and end 21.45 (approximately)
We will provide yoga mats and meditation pillows.
Make sure you are wearing comfortable warm clothing and bring a blanket if you have one.
*You do not need prior experience with breathwork. However, if you are pregnant or suffering from psychosis, epilepsy, high blood pressure, recent surgery or glaucoma, please reach out to us to make sure there is no contraindication.

Rosanne, a yoga teacher, is passionate about cyclicity, about the power of sisterhood and being present in our body. Movement and breath, that’s the key to feeling complete.
Anneke, a medical doctor and breathwork facilitator, is fascinated about the human body and how powerful the breath is to connect with and integrate all the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of life.
This event is part of REGENERΔTE. We are a community in Delft that organizes events to provide a new generation of tools for more relaxation, peace and fun! Our events are down to earth and focus on being complete and satisfied in the here and now. “Together we regenerate our bodies, minds and souls!”
