Breathwork Circle Winter Solstice

We will gather around for the winter solstice to celebrate the longest night of the year and celebrate the light in the darkness. Together we will look back on the past year and set some intention for the coming year.

It is the perfect moment to shine some light on what is inside you. What is there in the shadow? With kindness, compassion and love, we will help you to explore, feel and accept everything what is inside you.

This is an evening with meditation, movement and breathwork. The breath is an incredibly powerful tool for a deeper connection with yourself and to be in the present moment. We will use the technique of Conscious Connected Breathing*, a form of breathwork with many benefits on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.

After a brief meditation and some movement to ground ourselves, we engage in breathwork accompanied by music. We will close the ceremony with a sharing circle and of course, some chocolate and tea. We speak Dutch and/or English, depending on the participants.

Location: Rotterdamseweg 392, Delft (new location!)
Maximum 10 people
Time table: start 19.30 (doors open 19.00) and end 21.45 (approximately)
Just bring yourself, a warm sweater and socks and perhaps a notebook.

*You do not need prior experience with breathwork. However, if you are pregnant or suffering from psychosis, epilepsy, high blood pressure, recent surgery or glaucoma, please reach out to us to make sure there is no contraindication.

Rosanne, a yoga teacher, is passionate about cyclicity, about the power of sisterhood and being present in our body. Movement and breath, that’s the key to feeling complete.

Anneke, a medical doctor and breathwork facilitator, is fascinated about the human body and how powerful the breath is to connect with and integrate all the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of life.

This event is part of REGENERΔTE. We are a community in Delft that organizes events to provide a new generation of tools for more relaxation, peace and fun! Our events are down to earth and focus on being complete and satisfied in the here and now. “Together we regenerate our bodies, minds and souls!”

We found a beautiful new location in Delft. Expect some luxury: soft mattresses, blankets and pillow, everything is provided. Because of the cost of the location, we increased the ticket price a bit. If money is refraining you from participating, please contact us.
