This series is guided by Eline Evaya, Contact Beyond Contact Teacher (FTC Level 1) and Facilitator Levels 1–4. As one of the world's three certified CBC Teachers, she brings depth, clarity and a strong embodied presence to the method. Eline has spent years studying, assisting and teaching alongside Vangelis, the founder of Contact Beyond Contact, during international trainings in countries including Greece and Guatemala.
Throughout this three-part series, we deepen our exploration of the CBC methodology, ourselves and one another, guided by the theme True Connection & Boundaries. We work with tools and exercises from the CBC Level 1–4 trainings that Eline completed with the official organisation, Unity Space.

🌿 True connection begins with yourself.
In this three-part Contact Beyond Contact series, we explore how we can connect with others from a place of deeper connection with ourselves. Through dance, breath, awareness and playful interaction, we create space to feel what is present for you.
The theme True Connection & Boundaries invites you to explore your boundaries, desires and needs. What does a genuine yes feel like in your body? When does a no need to be heard? What happens when you give yourself permission to show up fully and authentically? We bring these themes into our dance and reflections, exploring how they relate to our everyday lives.
In a welcoming and supportive setting, we explore these questions through Contact Beyond Contact: a unique combination of dance, embodied awareness, mindfulness and authentic connection. No previous experience is needed – just curiosity and an open body, mind and heart.
During this series, you will explore how to:
* strengthen your trust in your inner compass;
* feel, embody and communicate your boundaries;
* explore patterns such as people-pleasing and inner conflict;
* connect with others from a place of authenticity;
* use the wisdom of your body as a guide;
* experience greater freedom, presence and genuine connection;
* stay connected to yourself and others without losing yourself.
Each session builds on the previous one, creating space for deeper exploration, integration, transformation and new insights. We work with a consistent group, allowing trust to grow and creating a safe space in which to explore and experiment.
Some exercises and CBC tools may be familiar from other series or classes. This helps us develop a shared foundation, allowing us to deepen our practice and discover new layers within ourselves and our dance. If you are unable to attend one session, you are welcome to join us for the next one. However, joining the series after it has started is not possible.

Eline has spent years studying, assisting and teaching alongside Vangelis, the founder of Contact Beyond Contact, during international trainings in countries including Greece and Guatemala. As one of the world's three certified CBC Teachers, she brings depth, clarity and a strong embodied presence to the method.
In her classes, she creates a warm and safe space where people discover not only new ways of moving, but, above all, find their way home to themselves. Her guidance invites genuine connection, authentic expression and a reconnection with the wisdom already present within the body.

🌱 What is Contact Beyond Contact?
Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) is an international dance and somatic practice that brings together movement, mindfulness and authentic connection. Through dance, breath, touch, meditation and playful interaction, we develop a deeper relationship with ourselves, others and life itself.
CBC integrates elements of Contact Improvisation, Authentic Movement, Passing Through, yoga, qigong and various healing modalities. It is an invitation to communicate beyond words and experience connection through presence, awareness and the heart.

This series is for anyone longing for greater authenticity, body awareness and deeper connection. No previous experience with dance or Contact Beyond Contact is necessary. You are welcome exactly as you are.

📍 Location: Belcampo Loft, Hannie Dankbaarpassage. More information on how to find the studio will be provided on the day itself.
Language: Dutch and English, depending on the group. Translation into Dutch is always possible.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, and bring a bottle of water.
Practical Terms & Conditions
* Cancellations: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another date, but they can be transferred to someone else.
