About Moving Dialogues

Throughout this series, we will explore how movement emerges through physical interaction, developing our ability to listen, sense, respond, and adapt to our partners and the group.

We will have guided explorations, technical exercises, and improvisation, we will investigate principles like sharing weight, momentum, gravity, rolling and sliding points of contact, and the continuous dialogue between moving bodies.

By moving together, we find situations, challenges, and possibilities that we can’t find alone. This practice invites us to expand our movement vocabulary, develop new skills, and discover different ways of dancing together.

For who :
This series is open to all levels, from those looking to feel more comfortable and confident in contact and dancing, to also more experienced practitioners wishing to deepen their skills.
