𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘧 you could regain your sense of authentic self and aligned direction in life by coaching to give you clarity, by dancing to help you release and express, and by relaxing to fully integrate your experience?

A day of re-connecting and calming down to the long term vision, to your authentic self, held and supported by a group of women.

In this 𝟓 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 you will be fully taken care of to reconnect with yourself.
Have a break, just enjoy and be.
Have a moment of stillness before moving into action.
Clear out your mind and restore your body’s energy before the next steps.

Throughout the day, nourishing savoury and sweet snacks will be provided, followed by a warm soup to close the day together.

This will be a group of 𝘮𝘢𝘹 12 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯 for a truly connected group experience, led by 3 facilitators Iina, Linda and Maartje.


𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬:

- Iina: is a dancer by heart. Sharing the art of dance is very close to her heart — as a teacher and as an artist. She has taught different dance styles in Finland and in the Netherlands. Ecstatic dance has been part of her life for almost 5 years. In our events she is holding space and occasionally she shares her love for cacao. As an all-round creative she is often behind some of our social media content and beautiful altars at our events. In this longer event she will guide you through a meditative movement practice to gently wake up the body.

- Linda: is a certified Life Coach, our community leader and long term dancer. Her work offers self-discovery, empowerment and clarity to women who want to 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠
thanks to starting to believe in themselves. She loves to create safe spaces for personal growth. She is also our cosmic DJ. In this event she will coach you to connect to your Vision and help restore focus for the upcoming period of your life.

- Maartje: is a bodyworker, reiki practitioner and sound facilitator who works at the intersection of body, energy and awareness. Her work is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with the body and create space for whatever is ready to be felt, released or integrated. During this retreat, Maartje will open the day with a cacao ceremony, creating a moment to arrive, connect and set an intention for the journey ahead. She will also guide you into deep rest through sound, offering space to soften, settle and integrate everything that has moved throughout the day.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for the Day Retreat for Women, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & payment

Your place in the retreat is confirmed once your payment has been received. The retreat has a maximum capacity of 12 participants, so places are limited. Tickets are personal and intended for the person named at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation & refunds

Your ticket is refundable up to 1 month before the retreat date. Within 1 month of the retreat, tickets are non-refundable. This is because we have already committed to venue, food and facilitator costs based on the number of participants. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. With sufficient notice, we may be able to help you transfer or resell your ticket to another participant. Any replacement participant must be approved by the organisers.

If the event is cancelled by the organisers, you will receive a full refund of your ticket.

3. Participation & arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes early so that we can begin the retreat together and create a calm and connected space for everyone. If you are running late or are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible.

By participating, you agree to take responsibility for your own experience and to respect the boundaries, privacy and wellbeing of the other participants.

4. Cacao ceremony, movement & sound

The retreat includes a cacao ceremony, intuitive movement, ecstatic dance, embodiment practices and a sound bath. All activities are invitations rather than requirements. You are always welcome to listen to your body, take a break, modify an exercise or choose not to participate in an activity.

Please inform the facilitators before the retreat of any physical limitations, injuries, allergies, dietary requirements or other relevant considerations that may affect your participation.

5. Personal responsibility

This retreat is intended for personal development, connection, movement, relaxation and wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment. You remain responsible for your own physical, emotional and mental wellbeing during the retreat. If an activity does not feel appropriate for you, you are encouraged to pause or opt out and speak with one of the facilitators.

6. Group confidentiality

The retreat is intended to be a safe and respectful space. What participants share personally during circles, exercises or conversations should be treated as confidential and not shared outside the group. We ask everyone to respect each other's privacy and personal boundaries.

7. Photography & social media

We may take photographs or videos during the retreat for communication and promotional purposes. We will not intentionally photograph or film you without your consent. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please let one of the facilitators know when you arrive.

8. Changes to the program

The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the program, schedule, facilitators or activities when necessary. We will communicate any significant changes to participants as soon as reasonably possible.
