As we arrive at Yule, the Winter Solstice, we reach the longest night of the year. A sacred turning point where darkness reaches its peak, and from that very moment, the light slowly begins to return.

For centuries this moment has been honoured as a celebration of renewal, rebirth and quiet hope. While the world outside rests, something new begins to stir beneath the surface.

Winter invites us inward. It asks us to slow down, reflect on the path we’ve walked this year, and reconnect with the deeper intentions that guide our lives.

This year the moment feels even more special, as this ceremony also marks three years of my business and the journey we’ve created together. A moment of gratitude for the community that has grown around these circles and the many transformations that have unfolded within them.

Around this time, a full moon also rises nearby, illuminating what is ready to be acknowledged, completed and gently released before the new cycle begins.

Together, the energy of the solstice and the full moon create a beautiful portal:
a moment to close the year with intention, clear what you no longer need to carry, and reconnect with the quiet light within.

This evening we gather for The Big Energetic Cleanse - Yule Edition.
A deeply nourishing space to reset your nervous system, reflect on the past year and welcome the returning light.

During this circle you can expect:

• (optional) ceremonial cacao to open the ceremony
• (optional) microdose of truffle for gentle inner exploration
• grounding and guided meditation
• conscious breath and body awareness
• sharing and reflection
• energetic cleansing with sage, mugwort and sound
• space for intention setting as the new cycle begins

This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about creating space.

Space to reflect.
Space to rest.
Space to welcome a new chapter with clarity and presence.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

What to bring:

- Comfortable, warm clothing
- A reflection from the past year or an intention for the next cycle
- Journal & pen
- Anything you’d like to place on the altar (winter greenery, candles, meaningful objects)
- Your favorite vega dish to share
