WORKSHOP CHAKRA BREATHING
Een actieve dansmeditatie.
Wil je graag meer levensenergie voelen? Je lichaam meer in balans brengen zodat het beter kan gaan stromen?
We creëren een veilige setting om contact te maken met je binnenwereld via adem, beweging en stem.
Voor deze workshop baseren we ons op de actieve dansmeditatie ‘Chakra Breathing Meditation’ van Osho.
ECSTATIC DANCE
Wil jij graag je eigen dansreis maken in jouw flow? Kom mee genieten van de bewegingen die jouw lijf wil maken en volg je hart in deze wonderlijke muzikale reis
Ecstatic Dance is een vrije dansvorm waarbij je uitgenodigd wordt om de flow van je lichaam in het eigenste moment te volgen. Alles is welkom, ook als je bepaalde emoties voelt, kan je deze in de dans omzetten in de beweging (of stilte) die klopt voor jou.
De dans wordt begeleid door de DJ die ons meeneemt in een bijzondere reis van 2u. Voorafgaand wordt er een opening met opwarming voorzien om in je lijf en uit je hoofd te komen en indien gewenst, in ontmoeting met de ander.
We ronden af met een closing cirkel.
Richtlijnen Ecstatic Dance:
we dansen zonder schoenen
we dansen nuchter, zonder alcohol of drugs
we dansen zonder te praten in woorden, enkel met de taal van ons lichaam

This workshop is based on Osho’s active ‘Chakra Breathing’ dance meditation.
ECSTATIC DANCE
Would you like to follow your flow and your heart in this musical dance trip?
Ecstatic Dance is a free form of dancing. You are invited to follow the flow of your body in the moment. Everything is welcome, also if you feel emotions are coming up. You can put them into movement (or silence) what fits for you.
The DJ is guiding our dance in a 2 hours trip. We start with a warming up opening to get into your body and out of your mind. We end with a closing circle.
Ecstatic Dance Guidelines:
we dance without shoes
we dance sober, no alcohol or drugs
we dance without talking in words, only with our body language

He plays on many Ecstatic Dances and Conscious Festivals around the globe co-creating epic dance journeys with the dancers! His multi-style Dj-sets have a wide range of influences from around the world. Cosmic, sensual, grounding and heart-opening with a base of groovy melodies and earthy tribal beats.
