This summer, I’m bringing my outdoor gatherings back to the park in Amsterdam West.

During the warmer months, I invite you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and experience the nourishing effect of being held by both nature and sound.

These sessions are designed as gentle pauses within the week: an opportunity to begin your day with presence or to release the day through a restorative sound bath at sunset.

As I’ll also be taking time away for holidays throughout the summer, the sessions won’t take place every week. Whenever I’m in Amsterdam, you can expect gatherings on Tuesday mornings and Wednesday evenings. Dates will always be announced in advance.

Bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a cushion and comfortable layers to keep yourself warm and cosy.

Morning Meditation & Gentle Sounds
Tuesdays | 7:30–8:15

45 minutes | €15

Start your day slowly, before the city fully wakes up.

These morning sessions combine guided meditation, conscious breathing and gentle sounds to help you arrive in a calm, grounded and centred state before beginning your day.

This is not a full sound bath, but rather a soft and supportive practice to awaken the body, settle the mind and create space within.

Investment: €15
No previous meditation experience is necessary.

Summer Rhythm

🌇 Wednesday | Sunset Sound Bath | 18:00–19:30 | €30

Attend both sessions in the same week: €40 (instead of €45).

Please note: Sessions do not take place every week. Dates are announced in advance, depending on my availability during the summer months.



About Agata:
Agata is a Sound therapist, Medicine Woman, Ayurvedic massage therapist & Ayurvedic therapist. She is a founder of Agata Wholistic Touch.

She was in a 3,5 year training under 2 shamans who help her to expand working with a music as a medicine.

She works with voice, body & sound, offering reconnecting with your voice workshops, sound bath sessions and ceremonies (cacao, sacred tobacco rapé and magic truffles) to the groups, 1-1 and companies.
