1:1 Breathwork & Sound Healing Session (Women only)

Over dit evenement

I recently moved from India to the Netherlands and am excited to begin offering this heart-centered work for women in a safe, compassionate and cosy home studio space.

A Powerful Combination of Breathwork & Sound Healing

Conscious Connected Breathwork helps unlock and release stored emotional tension, while Sound Healing gently guides your body into a state of deep rest and integration. Together, they create a powerful healing journey—allowing you to both move what is ready to be released and feel safely supported as your nervous system returns to balance.✨🌻
