This guided breathing practice creates space to explore your inner world, notice what you’re holding, and connect with yourself beyond the noise of everyday life.

Come as you are, without expectations or the need to achieve anything. Simply breathe, feel, and allow yourself to be present.

Who Is This Session For?
This session is for anyone who:
* Feel stressed, burnt out, or emotionally overwhelmed
* Are holding onto unresolved emotions
* Feel stuck or dysregulated
* Seek clarity, healing, and inner peace
* Want to reconnect with their authentic self

Contraindications
Breathwork is a powerful practice and may not be suitable for everyone. If you have any of the conditions listed below, please contact me before booking so we can determine whether this session is appropriate for you.

* Pregnancy
* Epilepsy or seizures
* Cardiovascular disease or uncontrolled high blood pressure
* Recent surgery
* Severe asthma
* Depression
* Glaucoma
* History of psychosis, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia
* Any serious medical or psychiatric condition
