A 5-day embodied dance retreat in The Hague to move beyond form and reconnect with your flow, with breath work, creativity, somatic and human connection.

From 19 to 23 October 2026, join Jérôme Meyer — founder of Flow Fusion, former dancer with Nederlands Dans Theater and Batsheva Dance Company — for a 5-day immersive retreat at CLOUD/Danslab in The Hague.

Together with guest teacher Isabelle Chaffaud, he invites you into a vibrant field of movement, breath work, connection, and artistic renewal.

This retreat is for dancers and movers seeking the flow beyond the form.
For those who want to feel invigorated, reset, and inspired.
For yoga practitioners and conscious seekers who are genuinely open to embodied exploration, creativity, and connection.

This is not a performance-driven intensive.
It is not a generic wellness escape.
It is a living space where the body can breathe, listen, release, and remember its own intelligence.

At the heart of the retreat is Flow Fusion: a practice in which guided improvisation expands into breath awareness, relational contact, and contemplative presence. Across five days, you will explore Flow Fusion, SOMA Breath, Shake , Contact Improvisation, intentionality work, solo exploration, and duet exploration in a supportive and safe space. In Jerome's approach, mediation, mastering flow of energy and dance is one. To fully exploit our potential he believe that energy must be freed from tows to head. This can be obtained with the practice of 4 skills: meditation, breath work, visualisation and dance.

About the teachers

Jérôme Meyer develops choreographic and pedagogical forms at the crossroads of movement research, improvisational practice, and embodied inquiry. His work creates conditions for heightened awareness, physical intelligence, and transformation.

Isabelle Chaffaud brings her Intentional-Efficiency Method, a practice exploring how intention and bodily efficiency shape expression, articulation, and movement quality.
