A relaxed, recurring morning at Make-in-Space Creative Studio combining gentle guided movement with open studio time.

The morning begins with a 45–55 minute Do-In session guided by Pedro (shiatsu therapist). Do-In is a gentle Japanese self-care practice that combines self-massage, breathwork, and accessible stretching, grounding the body and creating space to arrive in yourself before the day begins.

After the movement session, the studio opens as a shared creative space. Bring your own craft or art project, or explore the available materials with support and guidance from Nathaly. It's a welcoming setting.

Entrance fee: €10 minimum (sliding scale welcome)

Your entrance includes the Do-In movement session with Pedro and 60+/- minutes of open studio time with Nathaly. Art materials are available to purchase at the studio, or feel free to bring your own.

We love the idea of this space feeling like a real community — if you'd like to contribute to that, bringing something small to share (a snack, fruit, something homemade) is always welcome.
