Over dit evenement
Inner Embassy is honored to welcome Sudhir Tiwari for a special visit to The Hague, offering two in-depth workshops on traditional Pranayama rooted in the Kaivalyadhama lineage, one of the most respected and research-based yoga institutions in India.
Breath is something we all share, yet rarely explore with care and understanding. Pranayama offers a way to relate to breathing not as a technique to control, but as a practice of attention, supporting clarity, and a more intimate connection with body and mind. Whether you are seeking grounding, deeper awareness, or a renewed relationship with breath in everyday life, these workshops offer a gentle and precise entry point.
These workshops can be attended together or separately and are open to dedicated yoga practitioners, teachers, and students who wish to deepen their understanding of breath as both a practical and philosophical discipline.
MORNING WORKSHOP
10:00 – 12:00 | Pranayama: Philosophy, Positioning & Everyday Application
This session focuses on the philosophical foundations of Pranayama and its essential place within the yogic path. Sudhirji will explore:
- What Pranayama is and its traditional role in classical yoga
- Why working with the breath is so significant for body, mind, and spirituality
- How Pranayama can support clarity, balance, and awareness in daily life
This workshop is accessible to newcomers while offering depth and insight for experienced practitioners.
AFTERNOON WORKSHOP
15:00 - 18:00 | Pranayama Practice & Chanting
The afternoon session is a practice-based workshop, guided with precision and care in the Kaivalyadhama tradition. It includes:
- Introduction to classical Pranayama techniques

- Traditional chanting to support breath, focus, and inner resonance
- Participants will be guided toward a grounded, embodied experience of breath as a living practice.
