Sunday Bliss - Yoga Immersion

Over dit evenement

Yoga, Soup & Serenity
A nourishing evening for body, mind & soul

***

Our beloved Sunday bliss is back, but this time in the evening and with an autumn twist. ✨

Join us for a 60 mins active Yoga practice (Ashtanga-inspired but adjusted to the group level) to “calm the chatter of your mind” – “Yogas Chitta Vritti Nirodhah” called in Sanskrit and the goal as of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras.

In this blissful state of inner peace, we will take time for some Pranayama (breathing), followed by 15 mins silent meditation and a long restorative Savasana.

We will be closing this evening with “orange happiness” – a comforting homemade pumpkin soup with bread and pumpkin chai.

Cancellation – ticket is transferable.
The ticket is inclusive btw, tea & soup with bread.
