This is our invitation to step away from work, school, and all of the constant demands of life. To pause the noise of the outside world and reconnect with yourself.

We welcome you to our Slow Down Sessions. An evening where we combine the relaxing and healing power of restorative yoga, with soothing sound baths. Over the course of two hours, we’ll meditate, sink, move, breathe, and listen together, allowing the body and mind to unwind and recharge for all that life offers us.

Come exactly as you are. Leave lighter, softer, and more connected.

About us:

The restorative yoga is guided by Nikita @lightheartedbeing, a yoga teacher and reiki master focusing on bringing light, love and peace to all who are ready to receive. With the restorative yoga we will move through a few different poses, opening and relaxing our bodies. They will be restorative, and therefore accessible to everyone, young, old, experienced or new.,

The sound bath and meditations will be guided by Jane (@jane.sonora). During the evening, she creates a live sound journey designed to guide you inward, helping you reconnect with your body and quiet the mind. Using auditory ingredients from different tools and instruments, she will create a soundscape that invites deep relaxation and calm awareness.
