The Nurture Hour

The Nurture Hour started as an initiative for fellow mamas: as a new mom, I really needed a moment that was just for me, to be in my body, to breathe, to connect.. and so I created this Nurture Hour. I then chose to open it to every women who need a moment of nourishment: mamas, aunties, omas, young girls… to be in "circle" together, women in all phases of life.

I guide you through different practices every time, which include but are not limited to: movement, shaking, breathing, acupressure, meditation… bring yourself, comfy clothes, your fave drink and enjoy an hour that is just for you.

It’s on donation, to ensure it is accessible to everyone who might need it.

We meet online, via zoom, every Saturday morning at 9:30am CET.
