Lara (The Root of Life) is a certified Mindfulness trainer and Ecopsychologist. She is a lover of nature and the mystics. Through her workshops, ceremonies and 1x1 sessions, she is supporting people in reconnecting with their inner and outer nature. She offers a container for everyone who longs to cultivate a more meaningful, authentic and regenerative relationship with life.
