Potheads - Ceramics / keramiek workshop :)

Ik ben voor het eerste deel van de workshop geweest en dit was ontzettend leuk en gezellig! Ik ga nog een keer terug voor het verven van mijn zelf gemaakte mok en lepelhouder :D

De keramiek workshop bleek ontzettend leuk te zijn in een kleine, internationale groep. De docent had oog voor elk detail en stond altijd klaar om te helpen, technieken uit te leggen en diversiteit en intuïtief creëren aan te moedigen. Echt heel leuk!

Always super fun, super chill, great music and great people. Best way to relax and get creative.

Een fijne en laagdrempelige manier om in een mooie omgeving tot inzichten te komen. Je merkt totaal niet dat je in de stad zit en dat zorgt voor rust.
Er wordt voor een open en rustige sfeer gezorgd waardoor je je eigen comfort kunt vinden in wat je wel of (helemaal) niet deelt. Met behulp van eenvoudige oefeningen kon ik echt in het "nu" blijven waardoor ik rust ervaarde.
Zeker aanrader als je een stok achter de deur nodig hebt wanneer je moeite hebt met het opstarten van je week, als je spanningen ervaart en even uit je hoofd wilt komen of gewoon even met aandacht in de natuur wilt zijn.

Wonderful experience in a beautiful environment with excellent company

I joined the Mindfulness Walk this November, and it was truly a gift. The beauty of the season — the autumn colors and the crisp, refreshing air — was absolutely stunning. But what made this experience truly special was how Zoe and Ornela guided us through the journey of moving beyond our thoughts and reconnecting with the rest of ourselves: our senses, our bodies, and the surrounding nature. They created a space where we could reconnect with ourselves through the simple yet profound beauty of the natural world.
