Parnian Ajami | Counseling and Coaching

The workshop was very valuable to me: not just the guided exercises, but especially sharing our experiences and perspective with other people. Parnian has carefully crafted a workshop that allows for personal reflection and exchange of experiences.

Such a good experience! I was able to connect with parts of myself I didn’t even know were there, and learned a bit more about how to honor those parts too :)

I really enjoyed the experience. It was detailed prepared by Parnian. She thoughtfully introduced role play and other activities with clear instructions making sure the environment was safe for all participants. I left with lots of reflections and happy of being there. I hope there are more events coming up soon prepared by Parnian.

I feel so honored to have joined the wonderful group we had this Sunday!
I came in just a few minutes late, but as soon as I "landed", my energy shifted, the room had something to do with that, so well done on the location!
Parnian spent no time on "theory", as she should, theory is there to support, but she went on full experiental mode, which she, of course, promised to the group! I had fun drawing my caretaker and I was left with wonderful insights, one being - I've been confusing being a caretaker (doing, forgetting myself) to caregiving (which I love, it's a being activity as opposed to doing). Though the workshop, I also got to experience where these ideas live in my body.
We had a wonderful crowd as well and I personally intimately connected with one of the participants.
