Step into a moment of stillness this Winter Solstice — a sacred turning point that marks the longest night of the year and the promise of the Sun’s return. For centuries, the Winter Solstice has been a powerful symbol of reflection, renewal, and the promise of brighter days ahead, deeply cherished by our ancestors as a turning point in the cycles of life.

With so much uncertainty and darkness in the world right now, this is an invitation to reconnect with your inner light and find strength within. This gathering and sister circle offers a peaceful pause from the chaos, a chance to honour this turning point in the seasons and the wisdom it mirrors in your own life. Through guided meditation, visualisation, reflecting, rituals, and connection, allow yourself to be held in this sacred turn of the wheel, embracing the light that continues to shine within you.

Guided by the sacred spirit of Mother Cacao — the ancient plant medicine beloved by the Maya’s we venture into the darkness. We open our hearts and journey through body & spirit.

HOW TO PREPARE & WHAT TO BRING
- Please wear clothing you feel very comfortable and beautiful  in. 
- Journal & pen
- Set up a comfortable, quiet place with good internet. 
- Create an intentional space with candles, incense, cushions, tea and soft lightning.
- Optional to prepare an altar before hand, opening the winter solstice portal.

MEET MANOUK
Hi love, my name is Manouk. It is so lovely to have you here. Through my path as a Trauma-Informed Somatic Mentor, Women’s Facilitator and Retreat leader — I am here to guide you home. For much of my life, I moved through the world performing, perfecting, and pleasing — disconnected from my body, my cycles, and my truth. Years of numbing eventually led to chronic dis-ease, inviting me into a deep journey of healing, feeling, and remembering. Through reconnecting with my womb, my heart, and the wisdom of feminine cycles, I began to soften, to listen, and to return to myself. Over the past years, I’ve held space for hundreds of women in ceremonial settings — and it continues to be the fire of my heart. This is the space I now hold — a space of remembrance. Of coming home. A journey of heart coherence, sisterhood, and truth. I am honoured to hold space for you and be in a space wíth you.
