Eye-Am empowers people to build faith and trust in their wholeness and power. Everything you need is already within you. Receive support in the process of remembering that. Guiding you back to your loving essence, clearing what stands in the way of true connection, and helping you step into your light and share it with the world.
So who am I? Above all I am a student of life, just like you. I am fascinated by life, and what it means to be human. My passion lies where psychology and spirituality meet. I aim to build bridges between the spiritual perspective and a grounded no-nonsense approach, merging scientific understanding with the unseen. As a licensed psychologist (MSc.) specialized in Parts Work (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (mindfulness based), I've spent the last eight years working with many amazing clients, each with their unique stories. In 2021 I left the traditional system (GGZ) to create my own practice in Utrecht. Additionally, you can find me at university, where I educate future psychologists. I am sensitive and straightforward, intuitive and down-to-earth. A projector in Human Design, here to inspire to live and create with faith in yourself, others and life itself.
