In this 2 hours workshop you will be handed tools for grounding and for sustainable lifestyle changes.
These tools will help you to stay balanced during times of turbulence and will give you the courage and empowerment you’re seeking. Creating small attainable sustainable lifestyle changes will help you to reach your desired outcome. We will work with very practical hands-on tools as well as more subtle tools for your nervous system health. Make sure to have your notebook and a hot drink ready.
This workshop is suitable for everyone interested in learning tools to apply both personally and professionally. You can use the tools on a daily basis as a part of routine or whenever needed. I will share more about the science-spiritual side of tools as these are undoubtedly intertwined. This workshop is for you if you:
- need help to stay more grounded
- are looking to receive tools to be more grounded
- would like to apply sustainable changes in your life(style)
- need guidance on how to keep motivated and encouraged
- can use new tools on how to take better care of yourself on a mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and energetical level.
Workshop will be in English or Dutch (depending on the language of the participants).
About me:
My name is Jeanine, and I have been teaching yoga since 2020. I have developed expertise in various methodologies and am always learning. Guiding people, whether in groups or one-on-one, is my greatest passion. You are warmly invited to experience one of my sessions. Due to my relocation abroad, all sessions now take place online. It works just as well! Plus, you can participate from the comfort of your own safe space. According to others, my teaching and guidance style is characterized as: open, caring, approachable, gentle, and loving.
