ABOUT the facilitators

Hello, I am Luz, a 46 years old Colombian woman living in Arnhem, the Nederlands since 2020, with a deep love for movement, dance, music and the conscious practice of yoga as a lifestyle. I share the medicine of cacoa and sound as tools available to elevate the spirit, consciousness and love. I really enjoy working with medicine women who contribute their gifts to the service of holistic well-being. Each time I learn, study and enjoy yoga as my path that I consciously chose, remembering the gift of my ancestors, recovering the freedom and joy of my inner child and surrendering to the mystery of the great spirit. If you are in Arnhem, see you soon.

Hi, I am Suzanne. I was a former Olympic gymnast and went through a lot of hard work during my childhood. The hard work and past experiences truly forced me to reconnect with my body and emotions. In the end, it was a true gift, allowing me to reconnect with my inner wisdom and power. Now, I love to be of service, guiding human beings to reconnect with their wisdom and power through ceremony, energetic healing transmissions, the medicine of the blue lotus, movement, and mentorship.
