Over dit evenement

Hello beautiful people,

With the sunny weather finally here, I’m excited to invite you to join my relaxing Hatha Yoga classes in Sonsbeek Park! Enjoy summer on your yoga mat in nature as we come together for a practice that invites you to connect with yourself through conscious breathing and mindful movement and stillness.

🗓️ Dates and Times: Every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM
📍 Location: Sonsbeek Park, main entrance at Zijpendaalseweg 24A, 6814 CL Arnhem, Netherlands
🧘🧘🏾‍♀️What to Bring: A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and something to drink. I do have a few extra mats if anyone needs one.

Everyone is welcome to join regardless of yoga experience. These classes are donation-based via cash or tikki, and your donation supports the growth of our community. However, I encourage your participation even if donation is not possible for you right now.

If you have any questions or need more information, feel free to DM me or send me an email at thesoulflows@gmail.com.

Hope to see you there and please invite everybody that could benefit from a yoga practice to join this class! 🧘🧘🏾‍♀️🌱
