Want to join me for some quiet and relaxed time, to connect to this part of you?

It will be quiet time, visualisation and 8 min of conscious breathing as a tool to embody our most authentic self.

For this practice you don't need to know anything special. The only thing you need to do is to show up :). It's an individual practice, that we will do apart from eachother at the same time.

Just bring pen and paper.

Even though we are just going to do 8 min of breathwork, I still want to share the contraindications with you:

-Cardiovascular disease (angina, previous heart attacks, or strokes)
-Detached retina
-Glaucoma
-Aneurysm in brain or abdomen
-Kidney disease
-Severe Asthma
-Epilepsy
-Pregnancy
-High blood pressure
