Who am I?

A multipassionate!

I'm among many other things a certified breathwork facilitator who is completing her course in focusing (a technique for deep inner listening) and trauma and nervous system aware spaceholding.

I'm all about reprogramming my beliefs, creating better habits, masculine energy, feminine energy, attracting healthy connections (and keeping them clean and healthy), preparing for childbirth long long before I want to welcome kids. I love life and I try to follow more and more my highest excitement!
Let's connect and share these three precious hours to plant seeds together for the future !
