Come enjoy a unique sequence of Yoga, dynamic breath work & energetic practices to reset your system and energise your body and mind. Join us at the lake as we alternate between FRESH! sequences and a cold dip!

The session is closed with a guided relaxation & meditation

*What to bring?
- Yogamat (optional) it’s great to go mat free! and get your feet in the grass but if the ground is cool or damp you may enjoy a yogamat/ nice thick towel especially for the relaxation at the end, I’ll leave it up to you.
- Layer your outfit so you can strip down during the dynamic practice
& dress up during the cooling down at the end.
- A swimming costume and a towel if you are joining for a dip!
- Water, a snack and drink to enjoy during our closing circle
