Presence within • one-day retreat

We are inviting you to our one-day retreat on Sunday the 3rd of March. “Presence Within” day retreat is an invitation to slow down, connect, and step into the fullness of the present moment.

Combining the wisdom and practices of mindfulness, tantra, and more, you will experience the power of true connection. With yourself, others, and nature. On the beautiful land of @de_yurt we will enjoy a natural environment, connecting to the elements.

Coming together as a conscious community, we will enjoy delicious healthy food & drinks. We will engage with exercises such as meditation, movement, sharing, ritual and more. And we will close off the day by the bonfire! 🔥

What you can expect:

Practicalities:

✨This will be an intimate event with max 12 participants (male and female)
✨ English and/ or Dutch
✨ Vegetarian lunch and dinner included
✨ Unlimited coffee, tea, and water
✨ Located in Hazeerswoude-Dorp (Randstad)
✨ Heater available in the yurt
✨ Parking available
✨ Pick-up from the local station "Boskoop" on request
✨ To take with you: water bottle, comfortable and warm clothing, notebook
