Join us at the lake as we alternate between FRESH! sequences and a cold dip!

*What to bring?
- - Yogamat Optional - it’s great to go mat free! and get your feet in the grass but if the ground is cool or damp you may enjoy a yogamat/ nice thick towel especially for the relaxation at the end, I’ll leave it up to you ..
- Layer your outfit so you can strip down during the dynamic practice
& dress up during the cooling down at the end.
- For Fresh Wet on 14 August bring swimming costume and a towel if you are joining for a dip!
- Water and a snack and drink to enjoy during our closing circle
