Join us for an unparalleled experience of self-discovery, nourishment, and personal growth through Magic Breath with music, Flow Fusion Moves, and Mental Power Abundance affirmation.

What to Expect:

• Welcome: setting of intention for our transformative journey.

• Flow Fusion Physical Practice: Tune into your body with dynamic movements, tackle your energy source in a lively practice, and align yourself with your mind and body

• Chanting and Oming: Engage in a playful exploration of your voice with tones, clearing obstacles, and letting each of your cells vibrate.

• Soma Breath Practice: Next in line is the Soma Breath Practice, which includes the Savitri Pranayama technique encompassing rhythmic breathing. We will delve into specific breath retention phases such as Bahya Kumbhaka, Antara Kumbhaka, Nishessha Rechaka Kumbhaka, and short Kevala Kumbhaka. Learn the art of engaging your Mula Bandha and Jalandhara Bandha. In this segment, we will immerse ourselves in a potent 4-round breathing cycle.
