Yoga en Reiki (75-90 min)

Join me during this Yin Yang yoga class, followed by a Reiki session. I will first teach yoga for 60 min and at the end, when everyone is totally relaxed and lying down in the end pose, I will give Reiki to all the attendees. If you don't want to receive Reiki, that's completely fine and you can still join the yoga class and just relax at the end.

The class will be in Dutch unless there are non-Dutch speakers, in which case I will switch to English.
