Women Sharing Circle

A safe space to listen and be listened to.

Come and gather with other women in a circle of belonging. Together we create a safe space to express yourself, to share and to be listened to without being interrupted or judged. In this sharing circle everyone has the same place and speaks from the heart, we all give and receive with kindness and respect.
In this bubble you can re-connection to oneself, to others and to the experiences we go through.

We start with a brief guided meditation to land into your body, then open the space together and let the magic of openhearted sharing happen. Then we will be invited to connect through a creative/expressive activity linked to the theme of the circle. We will close the circle together and share some tea and snacks to celebrate our gathering.

~ Practical information ~
Dates: November 22nd and December 13th, January 10th (you can join one evening, or multiple evening)

Location: at Rosanne’s (you will be given the exact address once you’ve registered)
Maximum 8 people

Time table: start 19.30 (doors open at 19.00) and end 21.30 (approximately)

The ceremony is based on the principles of the Red Tent movement. Therefore we invite you to wear something red.

We will speak English, unless all the participants are Dutch.

~ Who are we? ~
Rosanne, a yoga teacher, is passionate about cyclicity, about the power of sisterhood and being present in our body. Movement and breath, that’s the key to feeling complete.

Anneke, a medical doctor and breathwork facilitator, is fascinated about the human body and how powerful the breath is to connect with and integrate all the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of life.

This event is part of REGENERΔTE. We are a community in Delft that organizes events to provide a new generation of tools for more relaxation, peace and fun! Our events are down to earth and focus on being complete and satisfied in the here and now. “Together we regenerate our bodies, minds and souls!”
