In this workshop you will explore the fascinating world of breath and power exchange dynamics. This workshop is designed to help you get a heightened awareness of your partner’s breathing patterns, allowing you to deeply connect with their experience and tailor your play to you and your play partner's needs. Through exercises, play, observations and reflections, you will become more attuned to your own breathing as well as those of your (play)partner. You will learn how to recognise changes in their breathing, connect through breath, play with touch & breath, and deepen your understanding of the intimate connection between breath, connection, and Domination & submission.
In this workshop, you will delve into the fascinating world of connective breath in Domination & Submission. You will:
- Become aware of your own and your play partner's breathing pattern
- Become aware of your own and your play partner's breathing pattern during Domination & submission
- Learn to enhance pleasure in play by using your breath
- Learn to observe and interpret breath
- Learn to recognise changes in breathing patterns
- Learn to recognise trauma responses in breathing patterns
- Learn to connect based on your play partner's breathing
- Feel what your play partner needs through feeling their breath

👕 Please wear comfortable clothing that you like to wear for a Connective Breath Workshop. You do You! Please bring a towel or blanket. We will provide all necessary equipment and materials for the workshop.
