• We will start at 19:00.
• A 15-minute warm-up session with Jerome to get you in the mood, connect with yourself, and prepare to fully immerse in the free dance session.
• Followed by a 90 minutes ecstatic dance session with DJ Jam.
• Enjoy a cup of tea,.

Maximum capacity of 30.

• Dance your own dance — enjoy moving on your own or connecting with others.
• Let your body speak — we leave words aside and communicate through movement, presence, and body language.
• Listen to yourself — honour your feelings, needs, and personal boundaries.
• Care for each other — stay attentive to the boundaries and comfort of those around you.
• Connection starts with consent — always check before touching. Respect a no, and remember that consent can change at any moment.
• Every invitation is a choice — feel free to accept or decline a dance. A warm smile or simple gesture is always enough.
• Enjoy being fully present — give yourself a break from your phone and immerse yourself in the experience.
• High on your own supply — let's enjoy our natural energy and clarity, leaving alcohol, drugs, and psychoactive plant medicines out of the experience.

Above all, come as you are, stay curious, and enjoy the freedom to move and connect in your own way.
