A creative afternoon for singles, bringing together art, mindfulness, playfulness, and the joy of meeting new people.

What happens when we let go of expectations and make space for something unexpected?

In a world where so much of dating happens through screens, carefully chosen photos, and conversations that sometimes feel like interviews, I find myself longing for something a little more real.

The excitement of meeting someone new. The freedom to be a little awkward, laugh together, get curious about each other, and discover who someone is beyond their profile. That lovely feeling of not knowing where a conversation might lead.

This gathering is an invitation to slow down, step away from the usual dating scene, and explore a different way of connecting through creativity, mindfulness, and shared experiences.

Rather than focusing on finding the perfect match, we’ll create, play, laugh, and get to know each other along the way. No pressure to impress, no expectations about what should happen. Just a space to be yourself, meet new people, and see what unfolds when we give connection a little room to grow.


How will the afternoon unfold?

Play & break the ice : We’ll start with fun, lighthearted games to get to know each other, loosen up, and share a few laughs.

Arrive in the moment : Through a little mindfulness, we’ll slow down, reconnect with our bodies, and become more present.

Create & get a little messy : We’ll explore painting together through playful art exercises, funny prompts, and unexpected twists. No artistic experience needed!

Eat, share & connect : We’ll enjoy some food, meaningful conversations, and a chance to reflect on how we experienced the afternoon.

Leave room for spontaneity : Not everything is set in stone! We’ll follow the energy of the group and leave space for improvisation, unexpected moments, and whatever naturally unfolds.

Who is it for?

For this first edition, I'm starting small and focusing on singles aged 30–40 who are interested in meeting people of the opposite gender. Keeping the group small and the format focused will help me create a comfortable experience and learn as I go.

I'd love for this to grow into a series of gatherings, with future editions designed to welcome people across different genders, sexual orientations, and ways of connecting. This is just the beginning.

Group size: Just 10 spots available, ideally 5 women and 5 men.

A little about me ♡

Hi, I’m Kabila, 35, a human, an artist, and a trained art therapist.

I love bringing people together through art, food, laughter, and meaningful moments. Whether I’m cooking for friends, hosting a gathering, or creating spaces where people who might never have met can connect, I find so much joy in being a little bridge between people.

With my background in art and art therapy, I hope to bring both creativity and a gentle, caring presence to this gathering. I’ll be there to guide the activities, hold space when needed, and help create an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable enough to let go a little, be themselves, and connect with others.
