Finding Your Voice

This journey into vocal liberation is an immersive, supportive space where participants learn to reconnect with their natural voice. Through a series of interactive sessions, you’ll explore various ways that influence how you express yourself and how to liberate your voice . You learn to express and empower yourself in new ways.

This workshop is perfect for those who wish to speak or sing more confidently, express themselves authentically, or simply find more joy in vocal expression, within a safe container.

This workshop is for anyone who:

- Already loves singing and wants to feel more free, open and playful in their voice.
- Sings in the shower, in a choir or on stage, and is curious what’s still waiting to open.
- Feels disconnected from their voice and wants to reclaim it.
- Struggles with self-confidence when speaking or singing.
- Wants to explore new ways of self-expression.
- Is seeking personal growth through vocal empowerment.

During the Finding Your Voice workshop, you will:

- Participate in guided group exercises that foster trust and expression.
- Experience activities that integrate body awareness, and emotional release.
- Connect with others and be supported on a similar journey of self-discovery.
- Gain tools and practices to support ongoing vocal growth and confidence.
