Over dit evenement
This winter let’s begin “Reclaiming the Body: Inside Out”!
I am so excited to invite you to this immersive experience, taking place on 12/12/2026 at 12:00 p.m.. During this 4-hour workshop:
…We’ll slow down,
We’ll awaken our 5 senses (touch, hearing, sight, taste, smell),
we’ll follow our breath,
we’ll reconnect with ourselves,
We’ll embody the quality of the Water and move with this in space…
How?!
We will learn, receive, and offer basic Shiatsu techniques.
We will practice breathing exercises from Breathwork and Pranayama and you will go home with tools that help you regulate your nervous system anywhere/anytime.
We will mobilise our bodies with guidance, following the quality of the Water Element as defined by Traditional Chinese Medicine.
We will get familiar with terms and theory from neuroscience, anatomy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
No previous experience is necessary! Every-body and every-age is welcome!!
Come and join us!!
