Dance and BreathJourney

Over dit evenement

❤️‍🔥 Dance ‘n Breath ❤️‍🔥
Sunday 8 November 10:00

(every 2nd Sunday of the month)

Two of our own bodies best medicines: moving and breathing..
We start with opening the body and activating the heartbeat with some good dancing 🕺🏻✨ 💃🏻
To slide into a sweet yet deep journey of ‘Conscious Connected Breathing’ to line out:
The unconscious to the conscious,
The pasts to being present with… it.
The body and breath in the NOW, speaking their truths.

This dance and breath can work transformative 😇
Moving energy and opening our hearts can reveal and/or release obstacles & (old)patterns.
A nice way to release tensions, giving insights
And probably feeling more relax and open after..

Guided by Sanna a professional facia bodyworker, breathworker and spiritdancer for over 20 years
