一个让自己安静下来、深度反思的时刻。
一次与自己的家族历史和生命根源温柔和解的机会。
在许多中国家庭里，我们从小就被教导要听话、努力学习、勤奋工作、孝敬父母。我们被鼓励要出人头地，要把自己的需要放在一边，要把内心的感受藏起来。
不知不觉中，我们把自己的梦想暂时搁置，努力成为父母所期待的那个孩子。
可是，有一天，我们累了。
我们开始问自己：我究竟是为了谁而活？
我们渴望自由，却又感到内疚。
我们希望与父母更加亲近，但有时候，彼此之间却存在着一种沉默，一种难以用言语跨越的距离。
系统性工作与家庭系统排列，为我们打开了一扇门，让我们看见真实存在的一切。
它帮助我们觉察家庭系统中那些看不见、却在影响着我们的力量。它为我们创造一个空间，让我们能够以更加温柔的目光看待自己与家人，并体验如实看见与接纳现实所带来的疗愈力量。
沉默的背后，也许藏着爱。
责任感的背后，往往藏着更深的恐惧。
而有些我们一直背负的重担，也许原本就不属于我们。
🌿 在这场工作坊中，我们将一起：
- 看见家庭系统中那些未曾说出口的故事与情感。
- 尊重父母的生命经历与命运，同时重新找回属于自己的自由。
- 带着更多的慈悲与理解，与自己、父母以及我们的生命之根建立更深的连接。
🌿 工作坊分为两个部分：
1. 上午：互动体验与系统性练习
我们将一起放慢脚步，感受自己的身体与内心，连接自己的渴望、情绪和内在智慧。
我们将共同创造一个安全的空间，让每个人都能够如实地感受和接纳自己内在正在发生的一切。
2. 下午：两场家庭系统排列
让那些需要被看见的，慢慢浮现。
在排列中，体验新的领悟、爱、慈悲，以及走向自由的空间。
你可以带着一个清晰的问题而来，也可以只是怀着内心深处的一个轻轻的渴望。
不需要任何经验，只需要一份愿意敞开心扉的心意。
我们倾听。
我们感受。
让爱重新流动。

🌸 关于杨梅
我的中文名字叫杨梅。我出生于中国云南，在荷兰生活了二十五年多。连接人与人、文化与文化，一直是我生命中重要的主题。从推动中欧跨文化交流与合作，到陪伴海外华人家庭，我深深体会到，理解、同理心与人与人之间的连接，能够为关系以及异国生活中的家庭带来多么深远的影响。
过去几年，我深入陪伴了许多生活在海外的第一代中国移民父母。我看见他们的孤独，看见他们在与自己成长环境截然不同的文化中养育孩子所面临的挑战，也看见他们内心深处希望支持孩子成长的渴望。与此同时，他们还常常承受着远离中国的亲人、朋友和年迈父母的思念。
我也看见他们的孩子，那些在海外长大的第二代华人年轻人。他们聪明、敏感，努力寻找属于自己的身份认同，在听从父母的期待与表达自己真实的声音之间，不断寻找平衡。
我非常希望能够将系统性工作与家庭系统排列的理念分享给第一代和第二代华人。
我相信，这项工作可以成为连接两代人的一座桥梁。
在这里，理解、连接与信任可以慢慢生长。两代人都能够拥有作出自己人生选择的自由，同时，也能够在心灵深处更加靠近彼此。

This is not an ordinary workshop.
It is an inner journey.
A moment of stillness and deep reflection.
A gentle reconciliation with your family history and your roots.
In many Chinese families, we learned from an early age to be obedient, to work hard, and to honour our parents. We were encouraged to achieve, to put our own needs aside, and to keep our feelings to ourselves.
Quietly, we put our own dreams on hold to become the children our parents hoped we would be.
But one day, we grow tired.
We begin to ask ourselves: Who am I really living for?
We long for freedom, yet we feel guilty. We want to be closer to our parents, but sometimes there is a silence between us, a distance that words cannot bridge.
Systemic Work and Family Constellations open a door to seeing what truly is.
They help us recognise the unseen forces at play within our family systems. They create space for us to look with gentler eyes and experience the healing power of acknowledging reality as it is.
Behind silence, there may be love.
Behind a strong sense of duty, often lies a deeper fear.
And some of the burdens we carry may not belong to us at all.
🌿 In this workshop, we will:
Bring to light the unspoken stories and emotions within our family systems.
Honour the life journeys and destinies of our parents while reclaiming our own freedom.
Deepen our connection with ourselves, our parents, and our roots, with greater understanding and compassion.
🌿 The workshop consists of two parts:
1. Morning: Interactive Exercises and Systemic Practices
We slow down, reconnect with our feelings, and explore our longings, emotions, and inner wisdom.
Together, we create a safe and supportive space where we can be present with whatever arises within us.
2. Afternoon: Two Family Constellations
Allow what needs to be seen to come into view.
Experience new insights, love, compassion, and space for greater freedom.
You are welcome to come with a clear question or simply a gentle longing in your heart.
No previous experience is needed, only a willingness to open yourself to the experience.
We listen. We feel.
We allow love to flow again.

🌸 About Mei
My Chinese name is 杨梅. I was born in Yunnan, China, and have lived in the Netherlands for more than 25 years.
Connecting people and cultures has always been at the heart of my life. From fostering cross-cultural collaboration between Europe and China to supporting Chinese families living abroad, I have witnessed how understanding, empathy, and human connection can profoundly influence relationships and family life in a new country.
Over the past few years, I have worked closely with first-generation Chinese immigrant parents living overseas. I have witnessed their loneliness, the challenges of raising children in a culture so different from the one in which they grew up, and their deep desire to support their children. At the same time, many carry the sadness of being far away from their families, friends, and ageing parents in China.
I have also witnessed the experiences of their children: second-generation young people who are intelligent and sensitive, searching for their own identities while navigating the expectations of their parents and the desire to find their own voices.
It is deeply meaningful to me to share Systemic Work and Family Constellations with both first- and second-generation Chinese communities.
I believe this work can serve as a bridge between generations: a space where connection, understanding, and trust can grow, where both generations feel free to make their own choices while finding a deeper connection with one another.
