Cacao, Winter Yin on the element of Water, and Healing Touch
A moment to slow down, soften, and come home to yourself.

As the days grow shorter, 🍃 nature invites us to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with ourselves.

⭕WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS EXPERIENCE:
In this intimate workshop, we’ll explore the Water element through Yin Yoga, Reiki, and guided rest.
Not too spiritual, not too esoteric: gentle guidance with everyday words.

✨THE THEME:
Water is the element directly associated to the season of winter.
Water reminds us to soften, flow, listen, and trust rather than push or force.

⭕THE FLOW:
We’ll begin with warm cacao (optional) or herbal tea and candlelight.
This will be our anchor to set our intention,
before gently moving into a nourishing Yin practice with optional hands-on Reiki healing.
Laurie and Lyubima, both experienced Yoga Teachers known for their love of subtle yet strong Yin practice, will offer personalised modifications to your asanas/yoga poses, that you can take with you in future lessons.
Yin Yoga is a form of practice where we hold a certain shape for several minutes. More passive on the outside, where props are encouraged, it has the power to make space for connection with the more subtle emotional body. We process emotions and allow ourselves to feel a little deeper than our physical boundaries.
We’ll then melt into a deep guided rest, allowing the body and mind to settle.
Before returning to outside life, we will make sure that you integrate the practice through optional journalling, sharing, a bite to eat - so you are left feeling grounded.
