Discover the deeper layers of your dance in this immersive workshop: Body Awareness, Circles & Layering in Fusion Bellydance.

This intensive session is designed to heighten your body awareness and refine your technique. We begin by establishing a deep connection to your core, learning to sense and control every movement. From this foundation, we dive into the fluid world of circles and continuous undulations, breaking down the anatomy of each motion.

Once your base movements are solid, we will challenge your coordination with layering. You will learn how to stack fluid hip circles with sharp isolations, intricate arm patterns, and deliberate footwork—all while maintaining control and a steady breath. We will wrap up the workshop by weaving these elements together into a dynamic Fusion Bellydance combination.

What you will learn:

Deep Body Awareness: Exercises to isolate specific muscle groups and release unnecessary tension.

Technique & Fluidity: Perfecting large and small circles generated directly from your core.
