Ecstatic Dance with a twist! Dance and move as freely as you like—and feel free to use your voice, too! Discover the sounds of your own voice as a powerful tool for healing and connection. Combined with the free expression of your body, this promises to be a truly special evening. Let your energy flow freely, bring a smile to your face, and simply enjoy!
Singing and dancing can sometimes push you out of your comfort zone; that’s why we’re here to guide you, drawing on our extensive experience in dance and voice liberation. We’ll begin the evening with a warming-up to help your body and voice settle in. From there, we’ll explore singing, vocalizing, moving, and dancing—however you choose to do it. There is no right or wrong; it can be beautiful, or it can be "ugly"—it’s all welcome! This evening is a space free from judgment and masks, allowing you to simply be yourself.
🫶 DO YOU WANT TO:
٠ Connect more deeply with your voice and body
٠ Express yourself without rules or judgment
