RELEASE - A Solstice Breathwork Journey

Over dit evenement

Loosen up the body and delve deep into your inner waters with a transformative breathwork journey. Let the winds of your breath air the rooms of your inner home. A profound letting go, in a supported and safe space.

This autumn special is designed to guide you to the healing power of your own breath, unlocking deep physical, emotional and mental well-being. Conscious Connected Breath is a breathing technique that nourishes and oxygenates the body, thereby releasing (conscious or subconscious) tension, stagnation or blockages in our system. This breathwork journey is a true honor to your body’s natural healing mechanisms.

RELEASE is also an ode to both the potent darkness of Winter Solstice as well as autumn season. An honoring to true letting go - just like the trees shedding leaves. This class is an invitation to unload. So that eventually you can become light as a feather, softly carried and lifted by the autumn wind. See it as a permission slip to let everything that's part of your current experience - the light and darker sides, the comfortable and uncomfortable - be here. To give it your invigorating and cleansing breath. And with that loving presence, all will naturally settle, re-integrate and feel a little more clear in your inner home.

Important: contraindications apply to breathwork. If there are any medical conditions or use of medicines, please reach out personally via the contact button. Just to make sure everyone can engage in the practice safely. :)
