Hoopdance workshop

Over dit evenement

Do you want to discover a fun new hobby? Don't look further! Come join this hoopdance workshop for beginners and improvers. After every class you will be able to do some hoop tricks and connect them together in a short sequence.
Check out the class recapvideos on my instagram (iris.damhoops) to see what we do.

Why?
- Hoopdance strengthens your core, improves flexibility, and your coordination. Although more importantly: you will have so much fun, to create & dance with hoops!

- Connect more deeply with your body. Hooping is meditative and helps clear your mind. It’s a joyful way to unwind and reduce anxiety after a long day.

- You don't need any flexibility, nor have the ability to waist hoop. You will learn or we will find alterations suitable to you. Every body can hoop.

- Small groups with a maximum of 10 participants. So you really get to know the other hoopers and there's lots of personal attention for your progress.

There is free carparking available on the streets surrounding the venue (after 19.00).
