Matrescence is the profound change you go through when you become a mother. Physically, hormonally, mentally.

A lot of us spend our pregnancies and postpartum periods focused on our babies, arranging everything around us to make space for them. Sometimes forgetting about ourselves.

But when we make time for ourselves and our bodies we create so much more capacity for mothering!

That's why I'm hosting this circle.

I am Manou, mother of four, professional dancer and bodyworker. I help women transition into motherhood, and I do so by guiding you deep into your own body. So you can find your own answers.

We always start the circles by connecting to our bodies. This could be through movement, breath, voice, self-touch and guided meditation. We might journal, and there is space to share for those who wish to do so.

ABOUT ME
Movement is home for me. I work as a professional dancer, yoga teacher and therapist in the Ilan Lev Method (a playful, intuitive bodywork).

Ceremony is a big part of my practice. I recently had two sons join my two beautiful daughters. Now I need more than 'just' physical strength: structure, ritual and rest have become necessities in my daily routine.

Hosting women's circles is my way of caring for me and sharing my practices. I help women and men get grounded in their bodies so they can follow their inner wisdom and feel authentically themselves.
