4 years ago I was sitting on my bed with tears in my eyes.

My marriage was falling apart.

One sentence my wife had said kept playing in my head:

“I feel unsafe with you. Why can't you just be there for me?”

I couldn't understand it.

How could she feel unsafe with me? I'm such a lovable and sweet guy.

It took me years to realize something painful:

I had never truly listened to her.

I listened to reply.
To explain myself.
To defend myself.
To help.
To fix.

But not really to connect.

So I started practicing.

With my wife. My friends. My kids. Anyone who would let me 😅

And slowly, something changed.

Eventually my wife told me:

“I don't know what you did, but something really changed. After so long, I again look forward to coming home to you.”

We still have ups and downs, but that's one of the reasons this workshop exists.

🌱 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐏?

We all want to be heard.

But being listened to can feel surprisingly uncomfortable.

Taking space. Having someone's full attention. Saying what's actually there without being interrupted, advised, or fixed.

JUST LISTEN is an invitation to experience both sides: to really listen, and to let yourself be listened to.

Expect games, honest sharing, laughter, and moments of deep connection with yourself and others.

There will be no teachings and no pressure to share anything you don't want to.

Just an invitation to connect and play along.
