Winter Glow- Sound Healing by the Fire

Over dit evenement

Winter Glow: English Edition 🤎 Sound Healing by the Fire

Do you feel like slowing down, stepping away from the busyness of everyday life and taking a moment just for yourself?

I’d love to invite you to Winter Glow: an intimate sound healing evening by the crackling fireplace. This session will be guided in English.

As the days grow colder and darker, this evening offers a moment to slow down, recharge and make space for rest. Step out of the constant ‘doing’ and simply be for a while.

What can you expect?
You’ll lie comfortably on a mat, surrounded by the sounds and vibrations of handmade singing bowls from Nepal, Ju Ju Chacha from Bali, bamboo wind chimes and other special instruments.

The rich, layered sounds invite you to bring your attention back to your body and the present moment. As you lie still and listen, you may notice your mind becoming quieter and your body beginning to relax.

The evening takes place at Landhuis onder de Lindeboom in Losser, a cosy venue surrounded by nature and tranquillity. With the fireplace crackling inside, it’s a lovely place to slow down and take some time for yourself.

Many people find sound healing deeply calming and meditative.

🧘🏻‍♀️ No experience is needed. There’s nothing you need to do. Simply lie down, listen and experience.

🔥 Enjoy a cosy evening by the fireplace, with warm tea and time to fully unwind.

🤎 A moment to pause, with the intention of leaving with a calmer mind, a more relaxed body and renewed energy.
